KAM Zambia is responsible for development and execution of the GTM for Zambia for RB. He will also be responsible for setting up an operational KPI structure for the country, and execute it. The Channel manager works closely with the country manager to develop an effective GTM structure, and to implement with the right controls by working closely with the distributor.

Responsible for setting up GTM structure (Van Sales / Outlet coverage / Sub-DB structure) in the country
Responsible for Traditional Trade NR in the country
Setting up the right KPI structure, which supports an effective GTM
Training the Distributor teams, so GTM is effectively executed
- Ensuring healthy ROI for RB
Ability to work with ambiguity, and minimal guidance, and minimal data points
Ability to identify and develop the right business partners
Able to work without constant supervision
Graduate, with 5 years+ FMCG experience in Sales and Key Account Management
Proven experience of distributor management, and traditional trade
- Basic understanding of P&L
- Excellent people skills, and team player
- Strong analytical skills
